Order Processing Time

All orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to accommodate the urgent nature of laboratory research:

Standard Shipping:
  3-5 business days. Ideal for routine supply orders.

• Expedited Shipping:
  2-3 business days. Recommended for time-sensitive materials.

• Priority Overnight:
  1 business day. For critical research requirements.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Secure & Discreet Packaging

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to ensure security and privacy. Compounds requiring specific temperature controls are packed with appropriate cold packs to maintain integrity during transit.
Note: It is the researcher's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive packages to prevent degradation upon delivery.
